New Creation pork chop. Mushroom/shallot/stock/parsley/butter sauce.

Salad w/ vinaigrette. Lettuce and scallions. Spanish olive oil, ohio honey, garage made apple cider vinegar, shallot (Snake Hill), dijon, salt, and pepper.

Served with County Gristmill grits/polenta, cooked in milk b/c Bittman said so.

Have you tried Bluebird Meadows pork? I like their meat a lot better than New Creation. They are at the Shaker indoor market.

Haven't tried it, but I'll probably be there tomorrow so I can maybe do a side by side. Thanks for the heads up.
