
Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Plum Creek egg, Country Gristmill Berkshire bacon, and
Tillamook cheese. While the bread is only from Youngstown, the cheese traveled a long way. As for that, old habits die hard.
This is no Wake & Bacon from
Melt, a
nearby place always good for a grilled cheese, but I can still enjoy these for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. Let's just hope the arteries can keep up.

I would suggest you give your image here some more height. The french term is called "socle." This will make the food look better.
