Freshest yellowtail snapper ever, caught along with 4 of its friends by The CFT on a boat out of Riviera Beach. And you don't have to tell me how sweet that dish and those corn holders are. I know--my mom has great taste.
Scaled and the gutted, with a few fins removed and the tail trimmed, it got wrapped in foil with some salt, pepper, lime slices, and olive oil. The packet cooked on a hot covered grill for about 20 min.We get great fish here in Cle. But the texture of the stuff right out of the water is something else.
