Potato salad w/ some pancetta lardons, mayo, parsley, and celery.
Lemon.
Tartar sauce with leftover mayo from the potato salad w/ some diced gherkins and onion, parsley, and extra lemon juice.
Fried fish flavor w/o deep frying. Plus lots of mayo and a pork appearance. What's not to like?
