Please extend my thanks to Frannie & Marks. The greens they gave me worked really well as a salad dressed with a preserved lemon / anchovy concoction I put together.
CFT--not sure if you live in the city of Cleveland but I wanted to share what happened to our dog Titus this weekend and what's become an increasing safety problem in the city www.tituscleveland.blogspot.com
Sockeye Salmon belly (Kate's), pancetta (Tea Hills pork), West Clinton greens (thanks Frannie & Mark), and a mustardy tarragon mayo. Not a bad lunch.
No peanut butter?
