Sweet Tea

1. Bring some water and sugar to a boil

2. Turn off heat and add tea

3. Let tea steep

4. Strain (if using loose leaf tea) into a pitcher filled with ice and a little water

5. Pour into an ice filled glass

6. Enjoy in the sudden onset Cleveland summer (or wherever you may be)

  2. I think that's a Long Island sweet tea. Lemon optional either way.

  5. LOL CFT ... born and bred in Cleveland, with a southern Daddy .. he introduced me to all the wonderful flavors of southern cooking, but I love the northern politics and summers.
