Copper River Coho (Kate's Fish), baked rosemary sweet potato fries (garden), and sauteed leek greens (North Union Farmers Market @ Shaker).
Sauteed veal liver (Plum Creek @ Shaker), sauteed onions (Snake Hill @ Shaker), polenta (Country Gristmill, available @ Shaker), reduced chicken stock & butter sauce.
Tillamook cheddar (I prefer their vintage white, but the regular stuff works), Honey Crisp apples (Shaker), chicken (Plum Creek @ Shaker), mayo (Plum Creek egg, canola/olive oils, salt, pepper, dijon mustard, lemon juice). It became a chicken salad melt.
More cheddar, a local version of sujuk sausage (lamb, beef, harissa . . . from a place next door to Cleveland Grill), toast.
There's more too, it's just been a bit busy.
i need some of the sujuk sausage. everything looks like the new place is treating you well.

ReplyDeleteLMAO! Your salmon looks so good!
MM, the sausages are pretty good. The merguez currently at The Fig, even better.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed OHMom. We do what we can around here. W/o going too far, of course.
