Nice looking oysters there. And as Tom knows, I being married to an aquatic ecologist, shy away from the east coast oysters. Excepting the ones from PEI. I have been told by Tom though that the Wellfleets are his favorite. Happy New and all that.

I'm west coast at heart too, but let Tom choose my post falafel snack b/c the selection was overwhelming today. These were crazy fresh, and almost citrusy even w/o the lemon. Next time, black pepper only for these guys.
