Fla

Freshest yellowtail snapper ever, caught along with 4 of its friends by The CFT on a boat out of Riviera Beach. And you don't have to tell me how sweet that dish and those corn holders are. I know--my mom has great taste.

Scaled and the gutted, with a few fins removed and the tail trimmed, it got wrapped in foil with some salt, pepper, lime slices, and olive oil. The packet cooked on a hot covered grill for about 20 min.

We get great fish here in Cle. But the texture of the stuff right out of the water is something else.

Cuban food in South Beach. Puerto Sagua. Good food. Good coffee. Great place.
