Bialy Bagel (from WSM), cream cheese, lox, and red onion. In a few months there will be some tomato in there.

Belly lox or Nova? Its gotta be belly!

And - southern Ohio tomatoes are available at Howards Apples, Bainbridge Road, Chagrin. I had the same breakfast today - with tomato!

Hi Nancy. Just nova, and mediocre stuff at best. Where does your belly come from?

Shaker had some nice tomatoes too. While it would have been a welcome addition to the bagel, I'm not quite ready for them yet. Local heirlooms in June. Just ain't right.

They may not be as good as the "in season" tomatoes, but the Woodworth Farms tomatoes I picked up at the market today are great. Grown, in the ground in Madison (truly local!) in hoop houses, not hot houses. With the bacon I smoked this week, some very local lettuce (grown in North Collinwood) and some homemade bread, I've got my first real BLT of the season. Glory days!

Jeez 'Hound, off to the races. Maybe it's because I've got a seminal birthday coming up later this summer, I'm just not ready for tomatoes. I'm still on last years onions

I saw those tomatoes at Coit and was curious about them but didn't buy any.
