Well, they've confirmed it. We should eat only cooked sprouts, irradiated meat, and cheese made with pasteurized milk. No runny eggs or homemade mayo either, unless you like your eggs pasteurized (which may not actually be so terrible, just not for me). Leaf lettuce is out too.

Articles like this make me sad. I have no plans to give up my tartare (with egg yolk) lettuce wraps. Maybe with some spouts and cheese on the side?
