Is Chindian politically incorrect? Pictured above is some takeout from Cuisine of India, located at 6857 West 130th in Parma Heights, OH. Along with a pint of Flying Horse Lager while I was waiting, it made for a tasty, albeit not inexpensive, takeout meal.This isn't a restaurant review blog, so I'll limit my comments to this: 8 on a 1 through 10 heat scale was just about right for me. I imagine a 7 or 9 would have worked too. Also, the food was good and I hope to make it out there again.
