Fish Dinner

I've been sick of squash all summer--now I'm craving it.  Here, sauteed in olive oil with some sliced onion and a little thyme it was a perfect way to remember that winter isn't here yet.

The salad is some roasted beets from the Tremont Farmers Mkt dressed in a vinaigrette with pistachios and goat cheese.

The fish was great.  Super fresh Bream from Kate's, seasoned with salt, pepper, and a healthy coating of crushed coriander on the flesh side.

Pretty simple stuff.  But that's the end of squash.  And now we're well on our way to stewing season, which isn't such a bad thing.
