Cakes for Breakfast

Butternut squash risotto cakes, poached egg, hollandaise.

Carnaroli rice (Urban Herbs), local squash (NUFM), bread crumb coating (OTR). Eggs from the yard.

Sauteed in butter.

Coriander topped fish on curried cauliflower semi-puree and basmati rice.

Sea Bream (Kate's), coriander (Urban Herbs), cauliflower (NUFM).
