Please allow this blog to serve as my, and your, soapbox, to rant about food and food related topics, possibly involving Cleveland, and possibly not. I'll do my best to post recipes and pictures when things work out, and restaurant reviews (many from Cleveland, the occasional from DC, and some randoms) when they don't. There will likely also be some garden commentary, because that's where I get much of my produce in the summer. No animal husbandry, yet. Feel free to comment -- I'll try to acknowledge the response. I'm doing this because I've enjoyed looking at many other food blogs, and hope to contribute, and also because I just started a new job that leaves time for these kinds of endeavors.
